Refund Policy

Your signed agreement comes first

Every client engagement with KVM Creative Agency LLC is covered by a written agreement. If your agreement sets a minimum term, a different notice period, or different refund terms, those terms apply instead of this policy. This policy covers anything your agreement doesn't address.

Billing

Management and service fees are billed in advance for each monthly service period. Any setup or onboarding fee is billed at the start and covers work we begin right away.

Cancelling

• Cancel by emailing kent@kvmcreativeagency.com before your next billing date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. We keep working through that period, and you won't be billed again.
• We'll confirm your cancellation in writing.

What isn't refundable

• Fees for a monthly service period that has already started, including partial months.
• Setup and onboarding fees once onboarding has begun.
• Video production, creative, and other work that has been scheduled, shot, or delivered.
• Ad spend. Ad spend is separate from our fees and is charged by the advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) for ads that ran. KVM can't refund it. Any credit for ad spend is up to the platform under its own policies.

When we do refund

• Billing mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference.
• If we end the engagement early for a reason other than a breach of your agreement, we refund prepaid fees for the unused part of the period.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Questions or billing disputes

If something about a charge looks wrong, email kent@kvmcreativeagency.com first. We'll look into it and reply as quickly as we can, and it's usually faster than a dispute with your card issuer. See also our Terms and Conditions.
