Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This policy explains what KVM Creative Agency LLC ("KVM," "we," "us") collects when you use kvmcreativeagency.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we are
KVM Creative Agency LLC is a marketing agency based in Orange County, California. Questions about this policy or your information go to kent@kvmcreativeagency.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Growth assessment and booking form: your name, email, and phone number, plus your answers about your business (marketing challenges, industry, team size, and typical customer value). If you book a call, the booking calendar also collects the details you enter there.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Proposal pages: your email address and the package you pick.
- Your consent choices: whether you agreed to text messages and calls. If you did, we record the wording you agreed to, the page, the time, your IP address, and your browser type as proof of that consent.
- Emails and messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Always on: our host, Vercel, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve and secure the site. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and form events without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- On unless you turn them off: Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with pages (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement), and the Meta Pixel tells Meta when you visit or submit a form. You can switch both off at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. See our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run the call you booked, and prepare recommendations for your business.
- To send the newsletter or resources you asked for.
- To send marketing and informational texts and calls, only if you checked the box agreeing to them.
- To prepare proposals and agreements you request.
- To understand how the site is used and fix what isn't working.
- To measure our own advertising, unless you have turned the Meta Pixel off.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own terms and privacy policies:
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM, booking calendar, email, and text messaging system. Form submissions and bookings are stored here.
- Vercel: website hosting and cookie-free visit analytics.
- Resend: sends us internal email alerts about new form submissions.
- Google: proposal form submissions are logged in a Google Sheet.
- Vimeo: hosts the videos on our pages. Videos load with Vimeo's do-not-track setting turned on.
- Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta Platforms, unless you have turned those tools off.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. The Meta Pixel sends Meta information about your visit that it may use for advertising. California law can treat this as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can stop it at any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, and we honor Global Privacy Control automatically.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and the Meta Pixel and Clarity do not run. Do Not Track: there is no common standard for browser Do Not Track signals, so we don't respond to them. We rely on Global Privacy Control and your cookie choices instead.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and client information while we are talking with you or working together, and afterward only as long as reasonably needed for records, taxes, legal claims, or your continued newsletter subscription. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights
- Email: unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
- Cookies and tracking: change your choices any time from the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email kent@kvmcreativeagency.com to ask what we have about you, fix it, or delete it. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep. We respond within 45 days.
We honor these requests from everyone, not only residents of states whose laws require it. You can also have an authorized agent contact us for you. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled business accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as health, financial account, or government ID details through our forms.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where we operate
We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site or tell you directly.
